Cloudy

The brief

Cloudy is a concept for a vegan foaming agent — drops made from quillaja bark that create smooth, clean foam. The primary audience is bars and bartenders looking for a plant-based alternative for cocktails, but it works just as well in cooking and coffee.

The challenge was making a fairly niche, functional product feel desirable. Most bar supplies look industrial or generic — Cloudy needed to look good enough to sit on a back bar and clear enough in its messaging that a bartender picks it up and immediately understands what it does. I developed the brand identity, designed the packaging, shot the product photography, and created social media assets.

The visual language keeps things clean and light — the name does most of the talking, and the design stays out of its way.
