I spent three and a half years in the marketing team at CLARK, a German insurtech. My work sat at the intersection of brand and performance — designing assets that needed to convert while staying on-brand under the CLARK Group umbrella.
Day to day I produced campaign visuals for paid channels, social media content, and brand materials. Everything ran through tight turnarounds and real performance data — if something didn’t work, you’d know fast. I built layouts from existing templates and created new ones, working in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud alongside AI tools like Midjourney for image generation.
Over time the role grew into concept work — joining brainstorms, presenting design decisions to the team, and collaborating with stakeholders beyond the immediate design unit. The work was high-volume and systematic, which is where I learned to design within constraints and still make things feel considered.
